The End of the Year is such a great time to reflect and celebrate all the students’ accomplishments!
Below are my favorite end-of-the-year activities to celebrate my students, including theme days!
1. END-OF-THE-YEAR BROCHURE– Help your students reflect on such a great year by completing this First Grade memory brochure. With just one page needed for printing (front and back) for each student, it’s perfect for students to reflect on their year and celebrate all they have done!
2. EDITABLE TIME CAPSULE/MEMORY BOOK– Create a meaningful editable time capsule with your students for Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade! Filled with fun and meaningful writing activities, students can keep and treasure this special project forever! Use the templates provided or personalize them all in one EDITABLE file! Add your own text boxes and you can customize or TRANSLATE in any language!!! It’s perfect for K-5th grade!
Plus, all the details on how I created the pencil time capsule are included along with tracers that you can print straight from your printer!
3. READ END-OF-THE-YEAR BOOKS– There are so many amazing books to wrap up the school year. Below is the blog post on my favorites along with writing activities that go along with each one!
4. END-OF-THE-YEAR STUDENT GIFTS– Send your students into the summer with something fun! These gift tags are perfect to be paired with various gifts and will put a smile on your students’ faces as they start their summer!
5. CELEBRATE AMERICA! – The end of the year is the perfect time to review all of the U.S. symbols and learn about Memorial Day and create their U.S.-themed float using tissue boxes/shoeboxes! Simply choose a box of choice and use tissue paper and decorations to decorate their float to share.
6. END-OF-THE-YEAR THEME DAYS– The last week of school is the best time to do super easy theme days! Here are some ideas! To use this template, click on the image for FREE!
7. A MEMORABLE POSTCARD- Take a picture with each of your students and add this sweet message to make a postcard for your students to hold onto and cherish! If you need the template, click on the image below!
8. HOLD A CLASS AWARD CEREMONY– Make your students feel special by celebrating all the amazing things that they have done this year with an award ceremony. If you need awards, see the ones below.

9. WRITE A NOTE– Write a special note for each of your students! Students love receiving notes, especially from their teacher!
10. COUNTDOWN TO SUMMER– Bring on all the fun with this FREEBIE! Each day is an activity students can complete together until summer break! Simply print and Go!
11. REVIEW FOR NEXT YEAR– The end of the year is the perfect time to review for next year! Here are some NO-PREP review packets!
