I’m a day late posting, but I hope I’m not a too late… 🙂
Today, I’m linking up with 4th Grade Frolics! I made it yesterday, but forgot to link up… So here it is….. my first Monday Made It!!!
So my baby shower was earlier this month and since I had a lot of tulle left over from my cake table, I decided I was going to be resourceful and turn all the tulle into super easy pink and white tutu skirts of varying sizes for my soon-to-be-daughter. After all, it was more than 5 yards of really good tulle! Using the same concept that I made the table skirt with, I was able to make 5 tutus.
Here’s how I made them!
Measure and cut the elastic band to fit the waist.
Tie or sew it together. If you tie it, you can still hide it under the tulle later on.
Cut the tulle to size depending on how long you want it skirt to be. Whatever the length is, double it, then cut since you have to fold it in half.
Fold the tulle in half and hold the tulle behind the band.
Thank you for stopping by! Hope you have a wonderful week!
love it, everyone deserves a tutu!!!
